Dr. Campbell was born and raised in Centerville, Utah; a small town just north of Salt Lake City. He attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate degree and in 2008, received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Case Western School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Soon after graduating he moved to Harker Heights, Texas where he started his active duty service at Fort Hood, TX in the U.S. Army.
After a few years of practicing in the General Dental field, Dr. Campbell began his residency program in The Army Advanced Program of Endodontics at Fort Gordon, GA. After completing his residency in 2013, he was stationed as an Endodontist at Fort Bliss Army Post in El Paso, TX. During his last 2 years of service in El Paso he served as Chief of Endodontics and Assistant Officer in Charge (OIC) of Chambers Dental Clinic at Fort Bliss, TX. He also treated Endodontic patients at El Paso Family Dental in the public sector.
Steven and his wife, Christina, met when they were only thirteen years old, and now, almost twenty six years later, have six children. Their family enjoys the outdoors hiking and camping and cannot wait to experience the majestic Appalachians of North Carolina.
Dr. Campbell is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
